MmmmMMmmm.... Yummy
Sooo... I'm constantly trying new cake flavors, and modifying old recipes with new combinations! Here are some of my favorite flavors! All of these delicious cupcakes are customizable, to your liking. Most of these have a filling or a ganache in the center, as well as a frosting that compliments the flavor of the cake. Which one is your weakness?
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Indulgence
This is one of my first cupcakes ever- Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Indulgence! It has a cookie inspired cake batter, is filled with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, then topped with a frosting that is rich with brown sugar, and mini morsels, but of course!
Key Lime Pie
Here are my Key Lime Pie cupcakes. This is a coconut-ty cake, filled with a homemade lime curd, topped with an ever so light whipped cream frosting. One bite of this cupcake takes my stress away, and fills my mind with visions of the Florida Beaches I call home! Won't you enjoy the mini vacation?
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter
Imagine jumping on a big fluffy pillow of peanut butter cup... That's what these cupcakes taste like! The cake is made similar to an old fashioned brownie, by melting fresh chocolate on the stove. This creates a super moist inside, and an almost crust on the top! They are topped with a creamy, dreamy peanut butter cream frosting.

Classic Red Velvet
Oh, my, MY! When you love something, you love it. I can't put my finger on it, but for some reason I'm always drawn to this old friend. If you've tried one, you know what I mean. If you haven't.... well. You must pick.up.the.phone. Please call me!This cupcake is actually made with cocoa powder but is very different than a chocolate cupcake! The frosting is a sweet cream cheese frosting that is heavier than most, and compliments the cake perfectly!
Luscious Lemon Blueberry
Spring is in the air! For a fresh twist on cupcakes, try this one out. You'll find a lemony sweet cupcake with blueberries baked in! Yes those little berries burst into the batter as they bake. The light & airy cake is topped with a lemony cream cheese frosting, just the way I like it! Embrace the flavors of spring!
Chocolate Chili Cupcakes - I first made these for a Mexican Fiesta I threw to celebrate my husband's new career! They are a dark chocolate cupcake with a hint of chili, stuffed with a spicy chocolate ganache, topped with a cream cheese frosting to cool it down! For decoration I added an arbol chili pepper to each one!
These guys are waiting on photos:
Oreo Creme Overload - These are my go-to! I have made these more times than I can count, and there are never left overs! Each Cupcake has an open oreo on the bottom, and has chunks of oreo mixed into the cake batter. Then, each is topped with a creamy frosting that reminds you of the center of the oreo! Finally, it's covered in crumbled oreo cookies. These are great for any event, and any time of the year!
Banana Creme Pie - Hunny, I was raised in the South! My family would disown me if I didn't make a cupcake in the form of this southern classic! This cupcake is a banana flavored cake batter, and it's filled with a homemade pastry cream. This treat has a whipped cream topping with a 'nilla wafer dug into it! Eat up, ya'll!
